It is important to read these Terms & Conditions fully before completing and submitting your entry form as it is legally binding on you.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check back regularly because the amended Terms and Conditions will apply to your continued use of the Website. Certain provisions may be extended or superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of the Website.

By entering the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the Event. Please submit your entry to us no later than Sunday the 23th of September 2018 for
the Devil Run.

How to enter
Please note entry fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and nor can it be deferred to a future date.
Carefully complete ALL sections of the entry form.
Please ensure you include the address you wish all mailings to be sent.
We will acknowledge your entry from now (the said date of entering) and 5 working days of the receipt date.

For reasons of safety, no entries please from people on roller skates, carrying various objects for charity, roller blades, pushchairs, on stilts, wheelbarrows etc.

By entering the Event, you are declaring that you are medically fit to run/ mountain bike and participate in the Event.

All participants in the Event must satisfy themselves that they are fit to participate. Participants must not take part in the Event if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. To the extent permitted by law, Three Counties10k Ltd does not accept liability for any direct, indirect or incidental or consequential loss or damage, claim or expense which may arise as a result of the participant taking part in this Event or as a result of the postponement or cancellation of this Event. To the extent permitted by law, Three Counties10k Ltd liability for loss or damage, claim or expense proven to have arisen as a direct result of the negligence of Three Counties10k Ltd shall not extend to any loss of profits or other economic or consequential loss.

Events are held on terrain of a cross country or off road nature. Consequently there are risks that competitors will be exposed to that are not common to usual triathlon, marathon runners and mountain bikers.

upon submitting the entry form and paying the entry fee, competitors are deemed to have accepted the inherent risks of cross country running/ mountain biking and the consequences of such risks, that they will undoubtedly be exposed to.

As such competitors enter the race entirely at their own risk.

Material on the Website
Material on the Website is provided “as is” and for information purposes only. Whilst every care is taken in compiling the information on the Website we do not make any warranties or representations as to its accuracy or reliability.
We may make changes to the Material on the Website at any time without notice. Certain information on the Website may contain typographical or other errors or be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such information. We and any third parties referred to on the Website assume no responsibility for how you use the information provided through the Website

Whilst we try to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Liability (website)

Neither we, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Website, will be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party including without limitation any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, whether in tort, contract or otherwise (including without limitation negligence) in connection with: your use, inability to use or the results of use of the Website, any websites linked to the Website or the material on such websites; or any amount or kind of loss or damage including without limitation any loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data, or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Website or your downloading of any Material from the Website or any websites linked to the Website.

Liability (Event)

Three Counties10k Ltd. Are holding the event to help raise money for Charities who are not involved or responsible for the planning or execution of your chosen run/ bike run and would not or do not accept any liability for injury or distress occurred to competitors or persons involved in during or after your chosen run/ bike run. The Gruelling25 Bike Run, The 15k Devil Run, 10k and 5k cross country have been organised by Three Counties10k Ltd, you are required to be physically fit and willing to accept the challenge without any recourse to the above company or to The National Trust and Crown Estate.

The National Trust and Crown Estate allow us the facility of their land but the National Trust and Crown Estate are not involved in the preparation or execution of the run/ bike run and are in no way liable for any injury or distress caused to competitors or any person associated with the person running. Three Counties10k Ltd DO NOT accept any liability for injury during or after the Gruelling25 Bike Run and the 15k Devil Run, 10k or 5k Cross Country Run.
Competitors agree to take part in the events accepting the risks involved and do not hold the organisers responsible for injury or damage during the runs/ Gruelling25 Bike Run.
